When selling privately, you can place your own advertisements in local newspapers or you can pay upfront to place your ad on a number of websites, and wait until someone sees it and contacts you.
We have shops, so prospective buyers can see your property in the shop window as well as the internet. You can talk to our staff, who will help you with your brochure and give you copies to hand around yourself. We place you advertisement on our website for you.
We charge a flat fee of 1,000 plus 21.5% VAT, and this is only payable when your property is sold. Remeber that this is a flat fee regardless of the value of your property.
We keep a database of requirements, so we can give you a list of people looking for your type of property as soon as you place your property with us.
We do not give your contact details to anyone; we monitor all buyers through the shop and pass their contact details to you so you can arrange to show them around your house. You are best placed to sell your own home, and you make a deal directly with the buyer.
